Why?
The client is a CAB aggregator. Because of his expanding business in terms of booking and locations, it is becoming difficult for him to manage & match resources to the user. Besides managing his Inventories & Client, he has to manage drivers who choose to work in their comfort space & time.
How?
The client intends to develop an application to automate the CAB availability, booking, and hiring system. Where a Customer/Channel partners can choose and book a cab as per their desired time and requirement.
Through this application, the demand-supply value chain of a car rental business will be automated and facilitating the CAB service will become much easier and time-bound Process.
Design?
In the context of designing, we fundamentally need to consider the varied type of user interacting with the system. Ranging from a different nationality, professional sphere to the drivers' usage perspective, making sure the system delivers as per intended. Besides, the harsh deadlines to deliver a product POC within a month was also challenging while working in the different level of design processes.
